Current Organizational Structure

The General Manager supervises the following six roles:

General Manager
  1. Project Manager
  2. Digital Marketing Manager
  3. Warehouse Manager
  4. Accounting Manager
  5. Technical Team Manager
  6. Call Center Representative

Supervision & Coordination Principles

  1. The Project Manager oversees contracts and projects from initiation to handover within approved authorities.
  2. The Warehouse Manager and Technical Team Manager report directly to the General Manager.
  3. Inventory is reviewed jointly by the Warehouse Manager and Accounting Manager.
  4. Purchase requests for materials and spare parts are submitted to the General Manager for approval before execution.

All six positions report directly to the General Manager, while technicians and service staff report to the Technical Team Manager.
